I set intentions 80% of the time for my day with buffers and no attachment, allowing for flexibility as we never know what the day will bring or what we’re inspired to take on!
When we are INSPIRED versus needing to FORCE or even motivate ourselves, everything flows and we accomplish SO much more than when we force an outcome! 😍
