There is a Balance to Everything we DO in Life and that is to BE…

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted and I have realized I’ve been somewhat out of balance 😳

As much as I’ve been DOING these days with my mom’s move, clients, LIVES (that I’ve cancelled some), hubby time, running errands, household tasks, volleyball……. to list a few, I’ve also started to make time to do the essential Self Care routines now as well 😌 as I know my body has been asking for it! 💁🏻‍♀️

When we DO DO DO, eventually we burn out and crash, whether we become that over blown up balloon 🎈 ready to explode or so much stress and anxiety that creates #PanicAttacks or even in the form of some kind of sickness 🤧🤢🤒 to force us to chill out or body aches and pains 🤕😖 that yet again force us to slow down… like my ankle sprain 😒

So why not CHOOSE to take those BEING breaks, get the massages 💆🏻‍♀️, take the baths 🛀🏼, and other body self care treatments, put healthy nutrients in your body, rest longer than normal in bed 🛌 every once in awhile when your body asks for it (as I have been now for the last few of hours since I woke up 😜) or anything that makes YOU and your BODY feel good and rejuvenated! 🥰

And of course EXERCISE! 🤸🏻‍♀️ My exercise has consisted of volleyball 🏐 these days and as much as I LOVE (more like obsessed with 😝) playing #BeachVolleyball regularly, it is hard on my body and I MUST give my body extra nourishment and rest…

Especially since on top of that we’ve been moving boxes 📦 into my mom’s new place 🏢 (YAY! 🤩) and I’ve been lifting boxes heavier than I should 🙈 but hey, I see it as #StrengthTraining 💪🏼🤷🏻‍♀️ and more reason why REST & SLEEP are necessary! 😴

Good sleep is a NECESSITY! It’s where all the repairing happens, which is probably why I slept 10+ hours like last night 😱 after our DEEP amazing Tuesday evening meditation 🧘‍♀️ I could not believe I was ready for bed at 830pm, but I listened to what my BODY needed 🙃

One of the many GIFTS of having had a #BrainTumor is that I learned to do my best to NOT live on #Autopilot, but rather be conscious of what serves my BODY moment by moment 🥰

So this morning I’m choosing to take it easy and run my #HealyDevice to be ALL ready for my day of Client Sessions and more! 🦄💖💫
