It creates an opportunity to HEAL that which lies within us already, an #InnerChild wound thatβs ready to be healed π

So next time you notice someone triggering you regularly, consider asking yourself:
π€ WHAT ABOUT [NAME] IS TRIGGERING ME?

And notice if this is a pattern with others, when was the first time you experienced it, and allow the hurt within to unfold and reveal itselfβ¦

Once revealed, it provides awareness, which then gives us clarity of our triggers AND choosing outside of them π€©
