I LOVE PROGRESS & #BREAKTHROUGHS in ALL areas of my life!!!
How we do one thing is how we do everything!
For the first time I felt NO fear going down those #MountainBikingTrails and instead had so much fun on the same steep parts that I walked my bike through countless times last week
Last week I kept thinking what’s the point of this when I’m having more fear than fun yet kept pushing through! Today I’m proud to say I didn’t walk my bike AT ALL and went through the same paths that scared the out of me, yet no problemo
I trusted myself and the bike much more, felt one with it, and was flowing through with a #PermaGrin the entire ride
To top that off, even though I still used the #eBike, I stayed on the lowest power most of the time other than a few times to pass Ashkan on the uphills… the only way I can catch up to him
I’m noticing that doing the same trail multiple times, being consistent, and conquering it first before moving to the next trail has allowed me to progress much quicker this time around
And as I coach my clients, keeping a #ProgressTracker in everything we do allows us to notice the progress and be grateful for it rather than feel like there hasn’t been much of it I use #Runkeeper to track mine Just 2 weeks and ~33 miles later, I shaved off ~16 minutes
P.S. of course having an energy drink that’s actually good for you full of #adaptogens and caffeine from #YerbaMate gave me great energy, clarity, and focus too
