Many wonder HOW I have been able to stay strong minded, keep focused on my future vision, be present, and have control over my mind understanding that fear is ok and working on them, yet never staying in fear for a long period of time; what you resist, persists so what do you think resisting fear would do? 🤔🤨
What most people don’t know is that in this last year and half, I have had multiple coaches I’ve been working with to get me out of my head and into my future vision, to 90 and beyond baby!!! 🤩 It’s easy to think our thoughts are who we are when in fact we are NOT our thoughts… we do so much on autopilot! 😳 Awareness itself is a huge factor in shifting and transforming, but then what? Well this is exactly why I chose to work with a coach BEFORE jumping into this new profession myself… Coaching has changed my life! 😍
Here are some of my own coaching experience:
🌟 A place to bring my fears or breakdowns to the table and partner with someone that I KNOW will not leave me hanging in those fears & breakdowns! 🤝🤝
🌟 Having someone OUTSIDE of my family & friends to talk to and who will push me to the next level during those difficult times… Last thing I ever wanted to do was cause more fear in my family & friends! 🗣👥
🌟 Personally, support groups felt disempowering (for me) and I desired something that left me Empowered weekly… it was getting coached that made the difference! 🙋🏻♀️🤸🏻♂️💁🏻♀️
Similar to having a Personal Trainer, no one NEEDS one yet I personally refuse to workout 🏋🏻♀️ without some kind of trainer/coach, whether it be at OTF or my PT, who took this photo! 📸 Why? Because we can’t see ourselves and our form alone… I’m sure I’d get results without one AND I prefer to get the BEST results, have accountability, and get there the quickest way! 💪🏼🙌🏼✌🏼
