4 years ago today I went in for an MRI to give me a peace of mind, or so I thoughtโฆ
Instead of 15mins that I was scheduled for, I ended up getting contrast and staying an extra hour or so! ๐ณ

And instead of getting dressed after to go play volleyball as planned, I was escorted to the ER in a hospital gown without any details as to whyโฆ ๐ฌ
After an hour there, they showed me the MRI images and shortly after escorted me to the ICU to reduce the swelling in my brain and prep me for brain surgery 5 days later! ๐ง ๐จโโ๏ธ

BEFORE my prognosis was escalated to stage 4 Glioblastoma (GBM), I was given a 3-5 year Life Sentence and come to find out years later post treatment because I refused to research or believe my surgeonโs words, the prognosis thatโs based on statistics for GBM is 12-16mos and itโs considered most aggressive brain cancer! ๐ฑ
As I ALWAYS say, we are UNIQUE individuals with UNIQUE fingerprints & DNA ๐งฌ, yet somehow weโre lumped into a statistic predicting the FUTURE (that NO ONE can predict btw) causing so many to lose hope, get in FEAR mode, and thus the vicious cycle of death continues. ๐
FEAR causes DIS-EASE within our bodies and when in FEAR mode, disease THRIVES unfortunately because the body goes in survival mode, stress hormones are released to put us in FIGHT or FLIGHT mode, and growth hormones are ceased.
We canโt even predict the weather, yet a personโs life is given a life sentence rather than looking at the SOURCE of the illness, HEALing the ROOT cause, having ๐ฏ% FAITH, zero ๐ ๐ปโโ๏ธ DOUBT, releasing all the FEAR, ANGER & RESENTMENT, and feeding the BODY with whatโs necessary to heal from inside out! ๐
