When someone exudes LOVE to all those encountered, the experience of that person to others will be just that… LOVE 💖 and any story of them that’s not LOVE won’t be believed…
On the contrary, when someone tells LIES regularly to those in their life, even #WhiteLies, the experience of that person to others will reflect that as well… a LIAR 🤥 and even when the truth is told, it won’t be believed… we’ve all heard the story of the boy who cried wolf 🐺 right? 😜 There’s even a Persian version of that story!
Coming from COMPASSION, one can see that even those that spread lies do so for a reason, whether that’s to look good or be liked or please someone or not hurt someone or … whatever comes up to do so 🤷🏻♀️
And since we’re all Human Beings 😝 and most likely have lied at one point or another, it makes it easier to get connected to that moment and the WHY, which then provides COMPASSION for others that have gotten used to living a life of lies…
The point is not to make anyone right or wrong, but rather consider coming from LOVE and not HATE once putting yourself in others shoes after connecting to that lying moment in your life…
And with such people you can take on ✌🏼 options:
1️⃣ Get curious as to WHY they’re lying OR being dramatic OR angry OR defensive OR whatever other behavior that’s not LOVE and have a direct & loving conversation with them 🤗
2️⃣ Check in with your intuition and see if this person is constantly bringing out the Best Version of you 💁🏻♀️ or the worst version 🙇🏻♀️
There is no need to FORCE ourselves into anything, and if someone doesn’t bring out the #BestVersion 80% or more of the time and convos have made no difference, then 🤷🏻♀️ #8020lifestyle
Our body is a temple… and our #InnerGuidance knows who uplifts us, who doesn’t, and who we can uplift…

Will [NAME] bring me LOVE & JOY?
Will I uplift [NAME]?
Not to say people cannot SHIFT… each and every one of us has Love & Light within us that will be cracked open IF and WHEN ready to SHINE BRIGHT! 💖💫
