Just finished listening to the Podcast #367: Eric Schmidt โ Lessons from a Trillion-Dollar Coach and THIS! ๐คฉ๐คฉ๐คฉ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
The difference between a Coach and a Manager:
1. Manager: โPlease do this…โ
2. Coach: โWhat do YOU want to do? And then carefully guide you to what you want to be to what the collective good is [in an organization / business]…โ
I LOVE how Eric Schmidt ended with โeveryone needs a coachโ! ๐๐ผ I personally donโt use the word โneedโ and rather โeveryone would benefit from a coachโ, but you get the gist! ๐
โ… having a Coach even to simply hold you accountable and force you to clarify your thinking is so leveraged and valuable…โ and I know this to be true for myself due to personal experience! ๐ฅฐ
Coaching is NOT to give you advice, but rather guiding you to discover the BEST version of YOU! ๐ With Coaching, weโre about making BIG shifts happen in your life, whatever that may mean to each individual… Thereโs a reason many of those thriving in their businesses have a Coach๐ต๐ปโโ๏ธ
I always ALWAYS think about Professional Athletes, Olympic Athletes, Body Builders, etc. and that they would not be where they were at their peak without having had a coach (or several)… Just like we have blind spots of our physical form and performance, we also have subconscious blind spots that block us from excelling in life as well… and THATโS where Coaches come in! ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
Iโm just a phone call away! โ๏ธ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ โฃ
