What are YOU grateful for that happened this last week? 🥰

Did you know having GRATITUDE for everything in your present life just brings more to be grateful for? 😍

Having gratitude for NOW does not mean you cannot have desires to up level either, in fact it’s quite the opposite. 🙃

By focusing on what you’re grateful for, your vibe can be raised to above LOVE, JOY, and PEACE even when done so consistently, which brings you in alignment with your Higher Self and closer to manifesting that which you desire! 🔮

Be grateful for the JOURNEY, because the JOY is in the JOURNEY, not only the DESTINATION! Otherwise JOY is temporary and remains only at the destination, until a new goal is created.😳
So then you’re constantly chasing JOY rather than feeling it throughout the roller coaster of LIFE!

For a year we had a GRATITUDE JAR, which I’m thinking of bringing back! 🤔

Every morning I’d write 10 things I’m grateful for and place it in the jar, then throughout the day I’d focus on what else I’m grateful for and specifically with Ashkan too and write those on a post-it as well with dates and put them in the jar!🏺

When we focus on “what else can I be grateful for today” or “what else can I be grateful for my partner”, guess what shows up more? 😉

Life is a HEALing Journey, we’re peeling and HEALing one layer at a time, so begin living life to the fullest in the face of ANY circumstance and have gratitude for even the smallest things! 🧠💖💫
