It’s a feeling that we’ve all experienced at some point in our lives.
When you’re emotionally burnt out, it can be difficult to get inspired to take action in your life. 😣
You might feel like you’re walking thru life with a heavy weight on your shoulders, struggling to keep up with the demands of daily life. 😫
But it’s important to remember that we’re not alone in feeling this way.
Emotions can be overwhelming, and it’s okay to take a step back and give yourself the time and space you need to recharge.
We do have a battery that will run out ya know. 😜
Whether it’s relaxing in bed or a walk in nature, practicing mindfulness meditation, or simply talking or venting to a trusted friend or family member, there are many ways we can take care of ourselves when we’re feeling emotionally drained.
E-motions will get trapped within your body when you keep pushing thru & suppressing the feelings as if you’re a robot instead of allowing the Energy to stay in motion and release out of you! 🤖
So if you’re feeling drained, consider taking a break and focusing on your well-being.
Otherwise the more you ignore the whispers of your body, your body will eventually begin SCREAMING at you and force you to take that break & rest, and trust me when I say resting is much more pleasant when chosen and not forced. 😉
We are meant to experience JOY & LOVE 80% or more of our lives…
And of course the other 20% is meant for you to feel, release, & HEAL those lower vibing emotions to get back to your natural state of HARMONY! 🥰❤️🩹💫
