I’m in AWE of this amazing, bada$$, fellow cancer THRIVER lady who’s also a very talented & creative photographer! 🥰
Erica Robinson created a project organically when she photographed a beautiful self portrait that she wrote on digitally, expressing her cancer story with all the ups and downs…
After realizing how cathartic this process was for her, Erica knew she had to expand this to other fellow cancer survivors & THRIVERS and Under the Pencil was born! ✏️
I met Erica through a dear friend of mine, Kristian Grace Bayan, who’s the cofounder of Pink Strength, a former client, and a fellow bada$$ cancer survivor & THRIVER! 🦸🏻♀️💪🏼
Last December I had a photoshoot with Erica where I had the opportunity to do the same cathartic process and it was mind blowing how much come up as I scribbled away! 🤯
She shared her vision with me to have these amazing photographs blown up & hung up as an art exhibit and Sunday November 5th 2023 Erica’s vision came to fruition beyond her imagination! 🥹🤩🥲
I am honored to have been a part of it and look forward to seeing more THRIVERS together redefining life with cancer! 🤜🏼🤛🏼
6+ years ago I declared to change the narrative of cancer and been working with all kinds of cancer patients to shift this narrative while viewing this journey as an opportunity to heal that which lives within the subconscious mind AND seeking the GIFTS of this healing journey! ❤️🩹
More cancer survivor stories need to be shared and November 5th was just that: a room filled with AMAZING souls who have looked cancer in the eye and said:
❤️🔥 NOT ME! ❤️🔥
❤️🔥 NOT NOW! ❤️🔥
❤️🔥 I HAVE A FULL LIFE AHEAD OF ME! ❤️🔥
Many of which view this journey as a REBIRTH! 👩🏻🦲
And the HIGH VIBING energy was evident! 🥹
I even ran into one of the coaches from my coach training program few years ago who happens to be best friends with Erica, how MAGICAL is that?! 🦄
This is just the beginning for Erica… I am SO PROUD OF HER and GRATEFUL to have met her! 🙌🏼👏🏼🫰🏼
