Yet when it comes to our HEALTH & WELL BEING, it’s put on the back burner. 🤨
I thought one good thing that would come out of the pandemic would be an awakening for people to realize that without your HEALTH, NOTHING else matters…
Although it awakened some, not as much as I thought it would. 🤷🏻♀️
