What is all this Energy work or Energy healing even about? 🤨
There are practices that aim to balance & optimize the flow of energy within the body. 💫
The goal of these practices is to remove blockages & imbalances in the flow of energy, which can lead to physical, emotional, & spiritual ailments. 😣
During an energy healing session, a practitioner may use their hands, crystals, sound, muscle testing, or other tools to balance the energy in your body, improving overall well-being. ❤️🩹
There are countless modalities, some of which contradict one another even, and tons I’ve never even heard of! 🙃
Thankfully Energy work is becoming more known & popular, most common being Reiki & EFT tapping, which I started with myself. 💆🏻♀️
I am a Reiki & Access Bars practitioner, I have use EFT Tapping & Emotion Code with my clients too, as well as guided meditation for healing. ❇️
Since I’ve learned 𝗣𝗦𝗬𝗖𝗛-𝗞® over a year ago, it’s become the primary modality I integrate with my coaching. 💖
Many have not heard of this modality, although it’s becoming more known…
And what I love is that it works with the subconscious mind, releasing & healing the limiting beliefs, which subsequently heals & clears the Energetic system. 😍
They say the root of all ailments lies within the subconscious mind that’s come from either a traumatic experience or even could been taken on from others, such as our parents… 🤷🏻♀️
And many of which we may not even be aware of! 😱
What I have found is that it’s the quickest, most efficient method when it comes to releasing fear, stress & anxiety and can be done within seconds or minutes! 🤯
I post about 𝗣𝗦𝗬𝗖𝗛-𝗞® quite a bit as it has made a significant impact in both my life AND clients, family & friends that have given me the honor to work with. 🥰
My goal is to continue seeking modalities that are in alignment for the growth of both myself AND what’s best for my clients to provide the most effective & efficient methods for my work. 💁🏻♀️
