Old Habits New Habits 💁🏻‍♀️

So you think you can break an old habit and create a new one overnight? 🤨

Some habits take YEARS to form, lifetimes even, yet some people think shifting them is like waving a MAGIC wand and POOF…VOILÀ! 🪄💨✨

Although it can be at times when Energy HEALing is involved, but overall it takes conscious effort and consistently taking a DIFFERENT action than what you were doing before…

You may need reminders, alarms, POST-ITs throughout the house or whatever method works for you to create this NEW awareness and then over time it becomes second nature! 💁🏻‍♀️

This is something I’ve also noticed in volleyball as well! 🏐

When I get a new tip from videos I watch or my friends or even coaches at the beach, I have to be CONSCIOUSLY using that new tip otherwise the old habitual and default ways take over…

And how we do ONE thing is how we do EVERYTHING, so consider writing down the habits you want to shift, then ponder what you want to shift too and write that down too to create a NEW awareness, and then begin making that conscious effort consistently everyday until it becomes second second nature and eventually becomes who you are! 🥰
