I absolutely LOVE meeting up with former clients that are now dear friends! 👯♀️
Especially getting to meet their partners that I know were a HUGE part of their journey, as was mine! ❤️🔥
Alayna and I started working together around this time 4 years ago and the amount of growth and transformation she’s had is truly remarkable! 🤯

When we started working together, in her own words, she was stubborn, cynical, didn’t believe in all this energy stuff, super private, and very much masculine energy. 🫣

Having a fear of being bitten by a tick due to Lyme disease and then actually being bitten by one and getting this so called “lifetime”, chronic Lyme disease was the BEST thing that could have happened to Alayna in the long run! 🥰
Although she NEVER would have thought this back then and when I would say you’ll eventually see Lyme as a GIFT, she’d give me this “you’re crazy” look. 😂
Through this REBIRTH, Alayna has now been on many podcasts (including mine Life is a Healing Journey), multiple interviews, has had workshops, has an Instagram dedicated to supporting those with Lyme, AND is about to publish her book talking about all things that are NOT normally discussed when it comes to healing Lyme! ❤️🔥
As we were talking yesterday about how many get bitten by ticks yet never get this disease, she was so clear that her overworked, stressed out, fearful old self would of course have gotten this disease since being that way causes your immune system to shut down due to a dysregulated nervous system. 😵💫
With SNS activated, the body goes into survival mode and the immune system stops functioning… 😳
Which is why being in fear or stress mode is the worst thing you can do for your body! 🥴
To say I am proud of you, Alayna, doesn’t do how I feel about you any justice! 😍
My heart is full seeing you THRIVING and making a difference in so many others’ lives that are dealing with Lyme. 🥲
