I have been processing all the changes, reprogramming, transformation, healing, & balancing from the ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ฌ๐๐-๐ยฎ Advanced Integration Workshop this last week while being laid out since I did NOT listen to my body Monday to rest and instead played volleyball in cold wind AND cleaned our Airbnb house afterwards (since our cleaners were on vacation)! ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ณ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ

This downtime has allowed me to process all I learned as well as do the work while laid out with myself along with loved ones in my life, and it feels so MAGICAL! ๐ช๐๐ฆ
