The last few years I stopped setting New Yearโs resolution after noticing the gyms would be PACKED for the first 2-3 months of the year and then slowly empty out. ๐
I believe in setting intentions ANY day of the year and evolving them as you evolve and grow otherwise weโre always waiting for that first of the week or month or year or new moon to take action rather NOW. ๐ณ
